Introduction

The high pressure belt filter press sludge dewatering machine is the latest generation of dewatering equipment developed by our company based on the traditional belt filter press. The equipment is equipped with a high pressure system, and the feeding device, flushing device and bearing seat have been optimized. It not only solves the problem of low sludge dewatering efficiency of ordinary belt filter presses, but also retains the advantages of large processing capacity, high automation level and small floor space of the traditional belt filter press.

The feed moisture content of 85%-80% can be directly reduced to 60%, significantly improving the sludge dewatering efficiency.
